20 mns away from Cali lies an amazing natural reserve, that you should absolutely not miss if you are a nature lover. The National Park Los Farallones is one of the most important protected areas of the country with an extremely diverse fauno and flora.

The first amazing thing about of the Park is its view! You can see from it the Pacific Coast line and the Northern Ridge of the Andes Mountains. It consists of a mountain range separating the waters of the Pacific basin which flows into the Cauca River. The park has four climatic zones, it stretches for 150,000 hectares.

Waterfall Park Los Farallones CaliThe National Park Los Farallones is one of the most important reservoirs of biodiversity in Colombia. There are in the park roughly 109 species of mammals, 300 species of birds, 200 species of snakes, 21 species of fish and a wide variety of frogs. There are more than 30 rivers supplying the southwestern Colombia. Currently the area is inhabited by indigenous and peasants.
