From where comes the word "Prepago"? Well it translates to "Pre-Paid" in English and are internet services offering ladies or men who would come to your apartment.
This is unfortunately (or fortunately for some...) a big business in Colombia as there are so many beautiful women with very little income. An easy way for them to pay for studies or feed their children (many of them are single mums or students).
