La Brisa Loca Hostel Santa Marta

La Brisa Loca Santa Marta is with no doubt the one of the most famous hostels in Colombia and a great place to stay in if you like to party.

Located in an 80 year old mansion in the center of town, it has a pool on the top and is a wild party place, almost all week long. Do not go there if you want a quiet romantic night.

The staff is nice and they can take care of your belongings if you head for a trip to the Lost City or PNN Tayrona.

Prices

Dorms for 8 or 10 people with a ceiling fan start at $20,000 Pesos. Doorms with an A/C are $37,000 Pesos. Private rooms start from $70,000. A private with en-suite bathroom and A/C costs 90,000 per night.

=> Remember prices go up significantly during high season between the 15th of December to the end of January.
