Bogotá Museo de Oro
This is the most famous museums of the country and contains amazing pieces from pre-Hispanic cultures in Colombia. We had a private tour of the museum organised by Angela, curator at the museum and a contributor to the Off2 Colombia Community.

Entrance is 3,000 pesos per person. Free for all on Sundays.
Hours: from 9am to 6pm everyday (last exit at 7pm) and from 10 am to 4pm (last exit at 5pm) on Sunday.
Audio guides are available in English, French and Spanish for 6,000 pesos.
.........................................................................................................................................To get there, you can use the Transmilenio which stops at the station Museo de Oro. The museum is located at the bottom of La Candelaria on Carrera 5a with Calle 16.

There are free one hour tour on a particular subject every day. These tours take place in the following language s at these times.
English : 11am, 3pm, 4pm.
Spanish: 9am, 11am, 3pm, 4pm.
